Staying at elgin villa was fantastic! The cute atmosphere. Peter went out of his way to share great tips on places to explore. The location is great, just a short walk to shops and attractions. Breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked food and excellent coffee.

That was quiet and pleasant hotel set in lovely area, adjacent to shops and restaurants, the Macmillan hike, and the Royal Crescent. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. A cool bonus was Royal Pavilion Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Not exactly what I expected
The cute atmosphere really stood out! The centrally located hotel made exploring the area easy and pleasant!
Some aspects felt a bit tired, needing a refresh in decor and room updates.

Staying at Elgin Villa offered a unique experience. The building's classic architecture is beautiful. My room had a lovely view, which really added to the charm. The hosts are helpful. They provided clear communication about the facilities and nearby attractions. The on-site parking is a plus, especially in Bath, and cost only £5 per day. The room could use a little updating. The decor is mismatched, and there was some mould around the window. I found the TV size inadequate, smaller than a laptop screen. Breakfast had limited options. Some fresh fruits or yogurt would have been nice. Despite these issues, the location is ideal, just a short walk to the city centre. The cleanliness is commendable, though older buildings can have dust issues. Enjoyed the stay but feel it needs modern touches.

We really enjoyed exploring Bath, especially the Thermae Bath Spa where the kids loved splashing around! The location of the guest house was fantastic. The on-site parking was definitely a plus for our large family.
My children wished for a cooler room, as the top floor was a bit too warm for them.

Recommend it for families
We had a family room, so much space for the kids to spread out. The hosts were genuinely warm, they took time to show us the best spots in the area, that was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I can say it was worth it really!

A Comfortable Family Stay
Our family enjoyed a spacious room with beautiful views. The hosts were cute and offered great local tips. Tip, consider bringing a fan for warm days, as air circulation can be limited. A lovely place near the city center.

The cute hosts provided helpful suggestions for local attractions, and the breakfast featured good organic Quebec cheeses. The central location allowed for easy exploration, just a short walk to downtown. The room had mismatched decor and some signs of wear, including mould around the window. An upgraded television would improve the experience significantly, as the current one felt inadequate for the room rate.

It was just a well-suited match for a break on a long journey in Bath with good price-value balance. The couple running the place were really helpful and gave great tips about local attractions. Consider bringing your own snacks for late nights.
